Search have an excellent opportunity to join an award winning legal firm based in the City Centre, and are keen to hire 2 Legal Pa's to support a team of 10 fee earners.

Our ideal candidate will be working in the Legal Sector and have experience supporting multiple fee earners. As well as all the duties of a Legal Secretary, you will be taking on PA duties such as diary and travel management and putting together PowerPoint presentations.

Providing a comprehensive administration support service you will facilitate the efficient functioning of the business, some of your key duties are listed below.

Accurately undertake the production of correspondence and appropriate documentation (including any related matter ie mail slips, forms, couriers etc)
Draft correspondence on behalf of fee earner
Create/amend large document work using track changes etc.
Compile PowerPoint presentations and excel spread sheets as required
Compile an accurate note of minutes from meetings as required
Manage fee earners inbox/sent items as required
Undertake filing/scanning as require


We are looking for candidates with have previous Legal experience and be comfortable working in a deadline driven environment. You will have fast and accurate keyboard skills and a good working knowledge of PowerPoint. Candidates should also be comfortable using a case management system in an end to end process.
