The Role
- To provide advice to the business on a variety of legal areas.
- Drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
- Advising on issues relating to compliance and regulatory change
- Reviewing Terms of Business Agreements with 3rd party partners
The Candidate
You will be UK qualified, around NQ-3 years PQE. You will have experience in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, and some experience of the Financial Services market, gained either in-house or in a Commercial Law firm
