We are currently working with an industry leading construction and utilities organisation who are in need of a well established solicitor with a background in litigation and disputes resolution across the commercial space, the work will have a high emphasis on construction.

The role will require an in-depth understanding of construction law as well as extensive PQE in construction litigation and dispute resolution. Typical duties will include: strategic litigation and dispute resolution advice, with a strong focus on construction matters, to senior management and business stakeholders; giving pragmatic and practical construction litigation and dispute resolution advice across the business; training across the business (both ad-hoc and structured). Alongside your core duties you will develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, you will also be responsible for the management of external counsel and the associate costs.
