We are assisting a solicitor's firm in finding two Pre-Litigation Assistants to work in their Stoke offices, with a salary of between £18,000 and £24,000.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic general civil litigation assistant to join a highly successful litigation unit. You'll be handling fast track personal injury claims, and will ideally need to have up-to date relevant law and procedure experience.
If you were already in this role, here are some things you would have done this week:
? Assisting with a caseload of Fast-Track cases, including liability and road traffic accident claims
? Assessed the strengths of several individual claims
? Gathered liability, causation and quantum evidence
? Liaised with clients, defendants, insurers, employers, witnesses, medical experts and the police
EL and PL KNOWLEDGE ESSENTIAL
As experienced assistant litigation professional with the relevant legal experience and an ambition to progress, you can expect to take the lead on your cases and also assist in more complex and higher-value litigation. This is an excellent career opportunity for the right person.
