Legal Assistant - £21,500 - Leeds City Centre - 09.00 - 17.30 Mon - Fri

Your duties:
* Telephone liaison with external customers of the business.
* Consistently meet monthly targets whilst maintaining high quality standards.
* Help and identify process improvements where possible.
* Ensure that all inbound and outbound correspondence via telephone calls, faxes and emails abide to agreed service standards.
* Keep all cases up to date on the company database.
* Ensure all files are completed.

* Be detail-orientated and have good organisation skills.
