Search Human Resources is currently partnering a leading professional services business based in Lancashire to recruit a Learning and Development Advisor. This is a permanent role paying up to £30,000.

Reporting into the Head of People and working as part of a wider HR Team, you will be fully accountable for all things learning.

Key Accountabilities will include:

  • ,Work closely with the Head of People to create and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that is aligned with the business strategy and values
  • Support managers to identify development needs, design, create and deliver solutions
  • Create an annual training plan and training needs analysis
  • Create and deliver a calendar of events through the annual training plan inline with the training budget
  • Create L&D policies and templates to ensure a comprehensive and efficient function and to set and maintain standards
  • Be responsible for for contributing to the development, delivery and management of the academy
  • Be responsible for setting clear points of evaluation and demonstrate the ROI of the department
  • Maintain ongoing reports for the organisation
  • Play a key role in the development and the on going management of the graduate programme
  • Act as mentor for the graduates
  • Manage the apprenticeship levy for the organisation

The suitable for the role will be a true learning and development professional, you will be used to working at pace and managing a busy yet varied work load.
