Learning & Development Coordinator

Learning & Development Coordinator - £12 per hour, Maidenhead, Temporary for 12 months

I am excited to bring to the market a great Learning & Development Coordinator with an established pharmaceutical organisation, based in Maidenhead.

This role will support with all coordination and system administration to enable an effective delivery of learning and development programs, including in-person, virtual and online materials.

As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will focus on:

· Identify and execute continuous improvements to ensure efficient learning & development processes
· Coordinate and administrate pre, during and post learning events, ensuring that these run smoothly and desired outcome is achieved.
· Schedule, coordinate and manage all program preparation, delivery and follow up tasks
· Vendor managament, providing vendor administrative support and setting up new vendors

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level in a Business or HR related field, or have the equivalent work experience. You will also have strong organisational and time management skills, as well as experience coordinating across multiple time zones and geographical locations.
