This role is quite unique in it's conception, it has been created around the importance of the commercial development strategy of the business. You will play an integral part with training, sales processes and methodology. Are you able to really look at the business and see the areas to build on/improve upon?
There will be some exciting travel to sites around the world to really get a full perspective of the business as a whole. Partner with key stakeholders and Managers to design and deliver new learning interventions and solution on leadership and management development. In addition, you will be pivotal in partnering with the wider HR team and key business stakeholders in the identification and planning of learning interventions that will ensure on-going business success.

Learning and Development is seen as a vital component to the business and constantly seek improvement, so if you are a creative, innovative Learning and Development professional with sales/commercial experience who is able to captivate a training group and deliver the best outcomes then this will play to your strengths?
