Learning & Development Co-ordinator - Leicestershire - up to £28,000
Our client, a leader in their field, are now looking for an experienced L&D Co-ordinator to join them and support the development of staff. Reporting into the HR Senior leadership team, you'll have responsibility for all development activity across the organisation and will be the custodian of their new LMS
You'll work closely with stakeholders from across the business to understand and discuss L&D plans and to promote the new LMS. You'll help to map out professional development and will then be instrumental in organising, booking and ensuring delivery of development programs. These will be delivered by a mixture of external specialist training partners and internally by senior leaders.
You'll need to have experience of operating and ideally having ownership of Learning Management Systems and have the ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders - potentially up to 50 senior managers - each with their own L&D requirements for their teams. You'll also need to be able to co-ordinate with and manage external stakeholders to include specialist training organisations.
There will be a chance to get involved in some of your own delivery too. The plan is that the organisation will move to self directed learning in the future so the leadership team will need to be trained on the LMS by you. There will also be a suite of soft skills delivery that you will be able to get involved with too.
This is a newly created role within the organisation and as such there is great scope for someone hungry, driven and passionate to make this their own and create a real impact in the business.
