Learning & Development Advisor
Salary: £33k - £37k DOE
This post will offer a suitably qualified Learning & Development / OD professional who is passionate about the opportunity to make an important contribution to the success of this impressive organisation. This role provides you the opportunity to contribute to the organisations development through the delivery of 'best practice' leadership & management development.
You will thrive in a fast moving and intellectually demanding environment and be able to demonstrate at interview the evidence of the success of your learning interventions. Whilst you will be organised and structured you will also be able to adapt to environments that are ever changing and often ambiguous.
You will have an inherent interest in progressing the careers of others and must be able to identify and support such development in order that the business retains the best people and maintains an engaged work environment. In this role you will be expected to influence key stakeholders who will challenge L&D and you must be able to communicate in an articulate manner with an intellectual audience.
Preferably educated to Degree level and CIPD accredited. Your knowledge of organisation development particularly with respect to leadership development will be current as will your learning delivery application.
Professionals from a background of complex organisations' would be of particular interest.
