An opportunity has arisen for a professional development expert looking to join a leading corporate portfolio, programme and project management specialist. The company we're working with is seeking a Learning and Development Manager for a home-based role that will require travel to clients' sites once everything is back to normal!

The Learning and Development Manager job comes with a high salary of up to £45k plus excellent company benefits. In this L&D manager role, you will be responsible for training corporate clients on how to use the software solutions implemented by your employer.

Primary L&D role responsibilities (focused on Smartsheet product solutions):

  • Developing training materials, sample data and templates
  • Delivering training to clients
  • Providing demos to support sales and marketing
  • Overseeing all feedback and continuous development of content and delivery
  • Overseeing all training

You will be working for a company that has taken a unique style of project consultancy into the workplace, enabling corporate clients of all sizes to optimize their planning infrastructure and deliver clear and measurable benefits.

To apply for this training manager role, you will require previous experience in a project management role, along with multi-industry experience.
