Job Title: Lead Software Developer
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + 9% bonus, >14% pension, 30+ holidays
About the Lead Software Developer role:
This hands-on role is a great chance to implement new code whilst improving and maintaining existing software and by working very closely with the Product Owner and Scrum Master, you will get the chance to implement ideas and practices to deliver results. You will be responsible for supporting a small team purely form a technical perspective whilst people-management is picked up by someone else ensuring your work remains purely technically based and focussed. There is significant opportunity to progress within this company and to gain exposure to the latest technologies and courses such is the backing form the leadership to remain at the forefront of technology at all times.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Strong experience of C#.Net Development
- Experience of Angular
- SQL Server
- Leading of other Developers from a technical perspective
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence in engaging with stakeholders of all level and areas of the business
- Experience within an Infrastructure environment would be an advantage
