I am supporting a global professional services firm, based in Central London to recruit a energetic and innovative Learning & Development Manager.
You will manage and inspire an already first class L&D team and deploy your creative skills to ensure the L&D stays fresh and current. You will also work closely with other members of the L&D team coaching other HR professionals to support the shaping and implementation of the firms L&D strategy.
Being a naturally engaging and credible communicator you will have the ability to successfully innovate, coach and influence as well as sell to the wider business L&D programmes in a engaging and captivating way.
L&D is valued highly within the business however you could encounter some occasional pockets of resistance, which you will embrace as an opportunity to influence and change.
Delivery is of course key in this role, so it is vital that you can effectively deliver your L&D sessions to a range of audiences.
Professional services experience and an interest in this sector is beneficial so that you have a good understanding of the way they operate and will be able to gain credibility with the staff.
