KYC Team Lead
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced KYC Analyst to join an established team within a highly regarded, reputable organisation.
You will be responsible for leading a team to deliver a strong client/customer experience on relevant engagements, in an efficient and effective manner with a right first time approach.
I am looking to speak with candidates who have the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience working at Team Leader level, ideally in an operational environment or finacial services
- Strong track record of ability to deliver results in a high performance environment
- Awareness of the FCA, CCA, Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation, procedures and processes
- KYC remediation experience and end to end KYC
- Strong initiative
- Thorough and impactful communication skills
