This is the role for you!!
You will be working alongside the Head Chef and Executive chef at the luxury 5 star hotel and spa in rural Sussex.
Working across the 2 rosette and 3 rosette kitchens you will need to be strong and adaptable. The brigade here work incredibly hard, your role will be to support the teams where you're really needed. You will play a huge part in developing junior members of staff whilst making sure standards don't slip!!
You will also be involved in creating new menus, adapting dishes and play a real part in the identity of this kitchen moving forward.
The position is paying up to £26,500 per annum
