Junior Sous Chef - Hotel - Lingfield - Live-in - £24,500pa
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef for this luxury 4* hotel. Situated in a truly unique location, a luxury spa and 18 hole golf course. It doesn't get much better than this!
Working across The Grill Lounge, Restaurant, Private Dinning Room and The Chefs Table, you will be calm and have a flexible approach to your work. You will be responsible for your section in the kitchen and will train Commis chefs to maintain company standards. You will be confident in your ability and will be able to supervise breakfast as required.
You MUST ensure food standards are kept high and HACCP and COSHH requirements must be maintained to the highest standard.
The salary for this role is £24,500pa
Working a 48 hour week five days out of seven, over a mixture of early and late shifts to include weekends, you will have a flexible attitude towards your rota.
