Junior Sous Chef - Felbridge - £23,000, plus tips & Live-in
We are currently looking for an outstanding Junior Sous Chef for a quirky, food focused pub in an outstanding location. Great British tapas dishes, with an emphasis on fresh produce. A local baker, a family run butcher and fruit and vegetables direct from market daily all contribute to this establishment's incredible reputation.
The ideal candidate would come from a similar background with exposure to a variety of cooking styles and a progressive work history. Part of a small independent group of pubs you will be supported by the group Executive Chef, so candidates with the right attitude looking for a position that will progress. Working with an established team you must be an effective manager, allowing the development of junior chefs; whilst building on an established reputation and already very successful business.
You MUST ensure food and hygiene standards are kept high. HACCP and COSHH requirements must also be met. You will have input into the development of menus and daily changes to dishes so a creative flair is a must.
The position is paying in up to £23,000 per annum with live-in accommodation if required.
