This quality 4* Hotel situated in the heart of Harrogate, is looking to bring in a Junior sous chef to join the brigade of 7 chefs, working to a modern British menu, you will be tasked with running section & assisting the Head chef & Sous chef in managing the team.
You will have experience working in a fast paced environment, working with fresh produce, & have the desire to really push on, with proven progression for career minded chefs within the hotel group, this really is a great job for the right chef.
In return my client is offering a competitive salary of £22,000 P/A, based around a rota of 40 hours a week, with 5 straight shifts over 7 days. the opportunity to grow within the business, and a great number of benefits that come with working for a hotel group of this stature.
The ideal candidate will be from a branded hotel/restaurant or gastro pub background, could be a CDP looking to progress, we are also looking to recruit a CDP into the kitchen, so if you feel you may better suited for a CDP position then do please still apply.
We are also looking to bring in a quality CDP, circa £20,000.
