Junior Administrator based in Gloucestershire with a Wealth Management company, competitive salary with good benefits
Your role will include
Letter of Authority to be sent to providers by email, fax or post to obtain information relating to clients' plans
New client pack to be prepared for all new appointments.
To obtain relevant medical notes and follow up invoices and payments
To liaise with providers to ensure payment
Maintain diary and spreadsheet systems
Upload documents to database system
Chase any outstanding requirements
