Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor

  • Location: Skelmersdale
  • Salary: Up to £33,000
  • Contract: Full time, Permanent
  • Hours: 4-on-4-off rotation pattern, working 07:00 to 19:00 and rotation 19.00 to 07.00

My client based in Skelmersdale is looking to recruit an Italian Speaking Helpdesk / Technical Support Advisor to work out of their main office on a permanent basis, offering a salary of £24,000 - £28,000 (dependant on experience) with an additional £5,000 shift allowance.

As a Helpdesk Advisor you will be dealing with inbound and outbound customer service calls and e-mails from both Italian and English speaking customers, ensuring the service you provide is thorough and customer centric.


Job Description:

  • To provide an excellent customer service experience whilst managing customer expectation
  • To manage faults, requests and enquiries on behalf of the customer
  • To take responsibility of the issue through to resolution, providing proactive and regular progress updates to internal / external customers
  • To provide day to day product support to existing customers

Person Specification:

  • Fluent English and Italian language skills
  • Previous experience within a customer service role
  • Flexible to work on a 4-on-4-off rotation pattern, working 07:00 to 19:00 and rotation 19.00 to 07.00
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Affective time management skills, with a logical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints
  • Ability to manage workload whilst reviewing changing priorities
  • Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
