The Role
The Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of the ERP system and IT support to the business. This will include developing reports from the Unity F8 System both in Unity itself and also in Qlikview to aid in the dissemination of pertinent information to relevant individuals.

Key Responsibilities
 Ensure accuracy and integrity of data flows and outputs from ERP system.
 Overseeing the day-to-day system administration.
 Supporting and advising users regarding the operational functions of the application. Ensuring they are using the system correctly by providing guidance and training when required.
 Developing an understanding of the configurations, process flow and process design and controls of the system.
 Troubleshooting and resolving any ERP related hardware, software, user access or any other problems.
 Gathering user requirements, designing, configuring, testing and implementing ERP systems and applications.
 Recommending new features or changes to configuration/workflows based on user feedback.
 Addressing service requests and offering high quality solutions.
 Coordinating new software releases, fixes and upgrades with technical teams and users.
 Monitoring system performance and usage to maintain security, control and reliability.
 Continually monitoring the system and identifying any enhancements that can be developed to ensure it is as efficient as it can be.
 Report writing - Unity and Qlikview.
 Liaising with ERP software suppliers and IT support partner.
 Ensuring the system is an enabler to the business strategy.
 Responsible for production of daily production report ahead of daily production meeting
