Working in Glasgow as part of a small IT team covering a busy IT helpdesk supporting around 700 users. Your working hours are between 8 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
This is a contract IT role initially with the possibility of becoming permanent. As well as having excellent technical knowledge, you must possess clear verbal and written communication skills. Alongside strong attention to detail, unique problem solving & organisational skills, you'll have the ability to follow essential company processes. You'll work across all in-house teams so you'll need patience and the ability to collaborate in person and virtually. Everyone knows the IT team are the most important team in the building!

What we're looking for?
It's all about attitude and personality alongside advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, an understanding of Windows Operating Systems, Windows 8.1/Windows 10/Windows Server 2008 and above is imperative. Can you demonstrate experience of using active directory management systems, remote desktop and a basic SQL Database Understanding?
If you have experience of using Avaya SIPs Phone System Management, Hyper-V Management Microsoft Exchange and or Mobile Phone Management using an MDM and Company Asset Management Systems; you'll be propelled to the front of the interview queue!
