Service Desk Analyst required to join a busy Service Desk Team in providing essential IT support to a number of sites in this critical business based in Coventry.
You will provide essential IT support via telephone, e-mail and face to face. You will work to log and manage support requests on the internal Service Desk System whilst working to strict SLA's to resolve technical issues.
The scope of this team is evolving to cover field support and it is therefore advantageous although not essential for candidates to have a valid driving licence coupled with previous filed support experience.
