IT Support Engineer Crawley £25,000-£33,000

My client are a key part of the NHS and provide a vital service across the South East Coast region.

They are currently looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their existing team based in Crawley

The successful candidate must be totally customer focused, provide a friendly and professional customer experience for internal and external customers.

They will be responsible for handling technical support calls from Trust staff as well as progressing of all new requests logged through the self-service portal, from initial triage through to resolution or escalation.

A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a technical support environment with knowledge of the following is required:

* Customer service best practices
* Service Desk procedures
* Microsoft Office 365 administration
* Active Directory
* Microsoft OS Support

Salary:

£25,000-£33,000 + Benefits inc Excellent Pension/Annual Leave, additional shift allowance payments
