Job Title: IT Manager

Location: Angus

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits

About the role

This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of a small and close-knit team of 4, with a focus on IT strategy as well as delivering hands-on support. You will have responsibility for the team performance with a remit to support, develop and empower them, but they are an established team who are fairly self-sufficient and strong in performance. Working with the board of directors, you will share budget responsibility and be expected to bring solutions and options to the table that best suit the company or make improvements, to ensure they deliver outstanding results.

Skills and experience

We are looking for someone with proven, commercial experience of leading and supporting a team, someone experienced in infrastructure, networks and security, and data governance and relevant legislation. You will also need strong understanding and experience across the Microsoft stack.

We are looking for someone with gravitas to engage with people across the business; from customer facing users to board members and of course, clients and end users. You will be responsible for building working relationships, so will be a confident communicator and comfortable engaging with people in person and over the phone, etc.

Salaries of £40,000 - £50,000 will be considered, subject to experience.

Applicants must have the existing rights to live and work in the UK as sponsorship support is sadly not an option.
