Feel like you've hit a glass ceiling within your current role? If so, perhaps it's time to consider a career with a company who will invest in your potential and give you the tools that you need to truly make a difference.

First and foremost, you'll be working with one of (if not the) best companies in Edinburgh. The role itself will involve working with market-leading products that have won countless awards to date. You'll be working with stakeholders across the business to collate business needs and requirements before driving these forward to enhance new and existing solutions. In addition, you'd also be joining a well established and close-knit group who work with cutting edge technologies.

Whilst you don't have to be a technical guru, you will be the link between technical and business users for a number of new and exciting tools and products that are being created right now.

About You

I'm looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst who's worked across scoping & design right the way through to post implementation review. You'll need to have a broad range of experience across multiple disciplines as the work you'll do on a daily basis will be extremely varied.

In addition, you'll need to be extremely inquisitive when it comes to existing systems and processes - you're consistently trying to find new ways of working and want to challenge the norm. Lastly, using your existing SME knowledge to train and coach others is absolutely key - you want others in the business to be truly bought into your suggestions.

Good to have:

* A good understanding of Six Sigma and the principles that lie within this
* Experience working in an Agile environment
* Prince2 certification would be a real bonus

About the Company

My client's office is based in very centre of Edinburgh with various modes or transport and a short walk from either train station making it applicable to people out-with Edinburgh. They have some of the nicest offices I've ever seen - it's a place that you'd be truly proud to say you're working at.
