We're working with an ambitious company, who are looking to employ a new Investment Support Administrator to support the Head of Pensions Development. In this Investment Support Administrator role, you will provide services to the Trustees of their Pension Trust and other related third parties as well as supporting the Investment Committee. The role covers 35 hours per week and can be done from home or their offices in Croydon.
Duties of the Investment Support Administrator role include:
? Take detailed minutes and distribute to attendees
? Analyse industry survey data to provide insights to assist the Head of Pensions Development
? Research and reporting on investment issues including ESG
? Discretionary Fund Managers panel review research and reporting
You'll be very confident using Office 365 packages, including SharePoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You will also be experienced with FE Analytics and Defaqto systems. You would be expected to have, or be working towards, a Level 3 Certificate in Financial Services or equivalent PMI Certificate.
