Temp Investigations Assistant
Based Manchester City Centre
pay £9.56 per hour
The post holder will be asked to undertake a range of the following responsibilities:
1 Support the team to provide structured quality assurance, training and multi-source feedback to all associates regarding the work they have carried out on an ongoing basis.
2 Processing incoming correspondence to the team; this will include updating records, invoices, expenditure records, answering general correspondence and preparing standard correspondence.
3 Identifying urgent correspondence and immediately referring it to the appropriate person, indicating the action required.
4 Updating records accurately and promptly.
5 Answering telephone enquiries from associates and referring more complex matters to senior colleagues as appropriate.
6 Organising meetings and training events, including meetings for staff and associates and representatives of external organisations. The duties will include making room bookings, courier bookings, conducting ID checks, travel arrangements, ordering appropriate catering, video conferencing, preparing and dispatching papers both prior to and following meetings and ensuring in advance that meeting rooms are correctly set-up.
7 Attending training events (external venues) to support senior colleagues and to ensure that the event runs efficiently, with any issues identified, dealt with or escalated appropriately.
8 Making suggestions for continuous improvement in the procedures and working practices.
9 Contributing to regular team meetings and taking minutes of meetings on behalf of the team.
