Search Consultancy has an immediate opportunity for a Interviewer to join the team on a temporary basis.
Working directly for Search Consultancy you will join our shared service team to assist with processing applications and conducting interviews for a range of our clients.
This is a temporary position on a week to week basis and you must be available to start immediately.
The working hours for this position will be 40 per week. You will work on rotational shifts between the hours of 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing applications
- Scheduling interviews
- Conducting telephone and video interviews
- Updating systems and trackers
To be successful in this role you, it is essential that you have previous experience of call handling and customer service, ideally within a contact centre or recruitment environment. You should have a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications including word, excel and outlook. You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
