This firm are seeking an International Arbitration Partner for their central London office. The wider litigation team comprises over 25 lawyers including 5 Partners and an in-house QC working on a cross-office basis between London and regionally. They have an established reputation and client base, working for international corporations, HNWs and businesses headquartered in the City and household names located in the regions. Across the Commercial Litigation teams at this firm there are 5 Partners ranked in the Legal 500 for Dispute Resolution. The team is consistently ranked in the Top Tier of Legal 500 and Chambers in the regions and has an increasing presence in the London market. The team has a track record of success in complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration cases.


The arbitration team specialises in broad commercial arbitration, and this includes servicing their clients across insurance, construction and engineering. Their lawyers regularly act for clients in complex, high value disputes under the rules of the LCIA, ICC, SCC and DIAC. Given the prominence of English law in the global litigation market, the commercial disputes team plays a key strategic role in the firm's presence in London and its offering to international clients. This recruitment will enable the team to capitalise on all available opportunities and support the ongoing expansion of the firm's client base.
