Internal Sales Account Manager
We have an exciting new opportunity for someone who is ambitious and self motivated to join a family ran business. You'll be based in Warrington and my client is a market leader in their industry.
* Salary: £20,000 to £23,000
* Monday to Friday, full time
* Location: Warrington
* Handling sales enquiries, completing quotations, providing technical sales advice, processing orders
* Manage the total customer journey from handling from initial enquiry, follow up and sale
* Dealing with new leads, speaking to existing customers and in the main being part of a team generating new business for the company
* Identify and develop leads for new business growth opportunities with new and existing customers
* Support the development of new business, up-sell and cross-sell to hit targets
* Identify client needs in relation to product ranges and upselling/cross selling products within customer base
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, marketplace, customers and competitors
* Experience in internal sales or client relationship manager
* Knowledge of food and drink industry and/or technical sales
* Strong relationship management skills
* Excellent written and communication skills
