We are looking for an internal recruiter to work as part of a large recruitment team at a well known, Leeds based brand. This role will focus on their tech positions so some exposure to this market would be useful but not essential.

This is a forward thinking and highly competitive business with lots of opportunity to develop your skill set. They drive a number of attraction initiatives and are well known for offering great career paths.

We are looking for some experience in either internal recruitment, resourcing or agency recruitment. An understanding of technical roles is preferred but not essential.

Main duties
* Monitoring internal applications via the website
* Creating and posting engaging job adverts
* Telephone interviewing prospective employees
* Managing the interview process
* Obtaining feedback and delivering offers
* Proactively connecting with and approaching passive candidates
* Updating ATS system
* Reporting

We are looking for:
* Experience in a recruitment role
* Someone who can start at short notice
* A good telephone manner
* Someone who is good at building relationships
* Good attention to detail
