Are you an experienced recruiter working within an agency looking for a new internal opportunity? Have you been working within internal recruitment for over 2 years and looking for a new opportunity working with an experienced and friendly manager? This might be a great opportunity for you. This growing company based in the heart of the city in Edinburgh are looking for a candidate to join on a temporary basis for up to 6 months to support through a rapid period of growth and recruitment. This is working a 40 hour week with a fully flexible hours.
Within this role you will be sourcing and screening candidates, writing adverts, shortlisting candidates arranging interviews and liaising with hiring managers as well as keeping candidates up to date throughout the process. You will be expected to have an understanding of the full recruitment process and following this until an offer has been made.
This will be a busy and fast paced role and if you have experienced within the IT sector this will definitely be an advantage however good recruiters can work in different markets! All the client asks is that you are eager to learn, can take direction and you may be needed to travel in the odd occasion.
