Search is supporting a long standing client partner in the recruitment of an Internal Recruiter for their talent resourcing function.
This is a temp to perm opportunity which will best suit immediately available candidates with strong recruitment experience who are open to the possibility of a long term career in one of the country's leading engineering brands.
Based at the regional head office in Liverpool, you will help the business to grow by sourcing and selecting high calibre blue and white collar candidates. You will advise and consult hiring managers on process, set expectations and direct source high quality talent. With no two days the same you will find yourself recruiting head office roles such as customer service, marketing, finance etc… and also engineers and technical specialists on the blue collar side.
To be successful as an Internal Recruiter you will have the following experience:
* Direct Sourcing experience using multiple platforms
* Strong knowledge of the end to end recruitment cycle
* Experience using an ATS to manage a recruitment process
* Strong candidate experience management
* Superb stakeholder management
* Strong written and oral English with the ability to consult and influence
In return my client is offering a salary of £24k on a temporary 3 - 6 month basis with the real possibility of a permanent role in a team of 4 x Internal Recruiters across the business.
