We've partnered exclusively with a highly successful, award winning business services business in the UK. They're highly profitable 2022 so far and are moving into with a very unique investment plan in place to drive growth through their national and international teams. As part of this growth they're recruiting for an Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Manager to support the marketing and talent acquisition and development teams.

As an Internal Communications Manager you'll work closely with the Director of Talent and Head of Marketing. Your main responsibilities will be to initially develop an effective and engaging internal communications strategy:

  • Own the internal engagement strategy for current employees, including the creation of an internal engagement calendar
  • Be responsible for creating, editing and distributing engaging content across external and internal social media and digital channels
  • Help increase our following and overall reach to ensure as many of our target audience are engaged with our brand
  • Own, develop and monitor all our third party talent partnerships, i.e. LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram, etc.
  • Be passionate about communicating our EVP - take the lead on all employer branding initiatives across our UK offices
  • Align with wider Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels
  • Lead on our charitable and D&I initiatives to create a meaningful and impactful series of events throughout the year

We're looking to speak to candidates with proven background in internal communications or employee engagement. You'll have experience in all aspects of people marketing including strategy, brand development, communication, social and digital channels, etc., with a demonstrable experience of creating engaging content. We're looking for born communicators, candidates who are comfortable presenting and influencing other senior stakeholders.
