I am thrilled to be partnering with an SME company based in Manchester on their search for 2 x interim project managers for their warehouse operation.
My market leading client are looking for experienced project managers that are able to oversee dramatic process changes across the site or immediately available general managers/ senior operations managers that have led on site continuous improvement initiatives. Working alongside the Programme Manager the interim project managers will be responsible for implementing new processes across the operation putting in place structure and standard operating procedures.
The interim Project Managers need to be familiar with leading change initiatives and streamlining processes whilst keeping downtime to a minimum. To ensure the new processes and ways of working are embedded the PM's will also be responsible for providing training to all operations staff with line management responsibility.
With over 9000 sku's and the opportunity for customers to personalise each order we are looking for someone with strong attention to detail and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be flexible across shift patterns as the operation also runs a night shift, and would be immediately available to start.
This is a 4 month contract offering a competitive day rate, which is available on either a Ltd company or PAYE basis. Please reach out to Jessica directly to discuss further!
