HR Business Partner -Interim
Remuneration: To £55,000 base salary, Car/allowance, up to 20% bonus & free parking
Type: 12 months FTC / Full time

Search HR are currently recruiting for an exceptional HR Business Partner for a financial services organisation in Leeds city centre.
We're looking for HR professionals who can demonstrate a successful track record of delivering intuitive solutions to support the full HR life cycle end to end process for a corporate business that is still evolving from a medium-sized enterprise.
Whilst we will look at CV's from financial services we are more interested in professionals' with exemplary generalist competency skills and business partnering exposure with key stakeholders. Albeit financial services operate in a highly compliant market you will need to thrive in a business that is a relaxed and entrepreneurial environment rather than a corporate inflexible machine.
You will be a HR subject matter expert and be able to deal with a strategic and operational remit. Particular emphasis on change design and implementation, talent development, organisation development, performance improvement, employee engagement and continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate gravitas at a senior level and must be able to influence business leaders and Managers of your ideas which will be appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals. You will be entirely comfortable dealing with the day to day HR transactional elements.
