Are you an experienced and competent Administrator?

Have you got experience within the Building, Architectural or Construction industry?

I am looking for an Administrator to join a well established and consistently growing business based in North Lanarkshire on a full time basis to cover Mat Leave, however there is real potential for this to be made perm. This is a very fast paced environment where you will be required to provide extensive administration support to various departments within the company.

Your duties will include but not exhaustive to:

* Providing excellent Customer service and response for existing and new customers
* Organise and arrange Joiners and subcontractors to attend site
* Arranging travel and accommodation for Subcontractors
* Liaise with Surveyors, Joiners and Subcontractors through works
* Manage material supply for jobs on site
* Raise PO's and invoices for orders
* All general administration tasks

* Someone who is used to working at pace
* Pro active approach
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent Administration skills
* Someone who can work to deadlines
* Prioritisation skills
