Our client are looking for a travel professional to join our Scottish team providing ground handling services for groups travelling throughout the UK & Ireland

£24k - £26k

Key Skills Required:-
* Fluency in French but we would consider another language such as Italian, Spanish, Scandinavian etc
* Minimum of 1 year's experience with a tour operator or similar service provider such as hotel receptions/sales, booking agency or similar. Or a degree in tourism
* Excellent knowledge of Scotland as a destination and its tourism products
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
* Confident ability on computers for operations software and research
* The ability to multi-task, be level-headed and full of enthusiasm
* Excellent written and spoken English
Summary of Role:-
* To operate confirmed groups booking services, sending rooming lists, through to group departure
* To build and maintain a great working relationship with your clients & suppliers
* To improve and update your product knowledge
* To assume responsibility for your clients pending and confirmed groups
* To operate your groups from confirmation through to final invoicing, calculating technical timings and all logistic aspects.
* Attend familiarisation trips, trade fairs and meetings as directed.
