A market leader within the technology industry is looking for an inbound sales executive to join their growing sales operation in Aberford. The company provide an excellent working environment, and great opportunities for growth. My client is a market leader within their sector with industry leading technology. They are looking for a driven individual who comes from a technical sales background

As a Inbound Sales Executive you will be responsible for all accounts less than 50 units. This includes the acquisition of new customers by handling inbound leads, maintaining the contractual relationship with our customer base, and upselling clients with additional products and services.

My client is looking for a sales individual who is keen to begin or progress their career in sales and want's significant exposure working with clients in both a new business and retention environment.

As an inbound sales executive, you will:

- Qualify inbound leads and present and sell Masternaut's solutions to key contacts through direct communication in telephone calls and emails
- Maintain regular contact with key contacts in your customer base and ensure they are getting value from Masternaut's products and identify and close opportunities to upsell / upgrade as appropriate.
- Be the main point of contact for our customers and handle queries yourself or put them in touch with the appropriate members of Masternaut staff
- Use SF to track the status of your opportunities, the health of your accounts, and any actions that need to be taken

The Candidate:

- University degree, or equivalent experience
- Able to work in a fast paced environment, without compromising quality
- A background of working in a commercial environment, ideally within Telematics, software or specific vertical market sales experience
- Strong questioning and listening skills that allow you to understand customer requirements and determine the best way to persuade decision-makers
- High levels of planning, organisation, motivation, creativity and results focus
- A hunger to learn and grow your professional skills
