Inbound Sales Advisor- Hybrid / Homeworking available on a permanent basis!

Salary £19,123 basic + up to £8k in Bonus

Based in Salford Quays (Near Harbour city tram stop) You can work from home 2 days per week once trained.

Working hours between 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday (35 hours a week) No weekend work!

This is not your typical Inbound Sales Advisor role, you will have the autonomy and flexibility to take ownership of and deal with a broad range of often complex issues and queries.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

The Job:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound enquiries via email and phone; providing information and booking appointments
  • Making outbound calls following up on enquiries about availability
  • Providing a world class customer service over the telephone
  • Dealing with queries and complaints
  • Working to team and individual targets
  • Logging all information accurately on the in-house system
  • Providing customers with a professional service via telephone, email, live chat and social media
  • Resolving queries in line with agreed KPIs, ensuring escalations are raised promptly
  • Ensuring customer account adjustments are dealt with accurately
  • Invoicing and processing payments
  • General administration

Hours of work:

Shifts between 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (35 hours a week)

Have you got the following experience or skills?

  • Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment
  • Working in a fast paced environment
  • Ideally phone based customer service experience
  • Ability to problem solve and take ownership of each customer query
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • A passion for customer service
  • Excellent team player
  • Must be computer literate in Word and Excel
