Lead Management Advisor
£16k basic - £30k OTE - Uncapped
Inbound Sales and Warm Leads
Hours: Shifts between 8am - 8pm Mon - Friday, 1 in 4 weekend, Sat & Sun
Summary of Role
To maximise sales opportunities, through qualification of all leads submitted by engineers, new customers, existing customers, by creating opportunities for either field, or telesales team.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence others.
Self motivated, enthusiastic and inspirational, able to bring a sense of urgency to situations and demonstrate an active approach.
Persistent, resolute in focusing on results and able to set tough objectives, monitor progress and if necessary take corrective action.
Excellent change management skills
Ability to maintain a culture of strategic excellence.
Innovative and creative, ability to remain confident and demonstrate resilience when faced with adversity
