Job Salary: £22,000, OTE £40,000 (Uncapped Commission)

We are currently recruiting Inbound Sales Account Managers to handle inbound calls from customers who are looking for finance to purchase luxury products and selling them both the package and the product! All leads are completely warm!
As an Inbound Sales Executive you will receive:
- A salary of £21,000
- An uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of £40,000

As an Inbound Sales Executive you must be comfortable handling large volumes of calls and staying calm under pressure. You must be comfortable working towards KPI's and going the extra mile for the customers.
What we require:
- A bright and sparky personality is essential!
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven to achieve targets and KPI's.
- A motivated person who is passionate about customer service and sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
- Sales Experience of at least 6 months
