Search Consultancy is proudly working with a local business to recruit a number of Inbound Customer Service Representatives for a Utilities provider. You MUST have experience within Gas and Electric to be considered for this position.
We may ask you to work from home to start off with but this will be assessed before the start date.
The successful Inbound Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
* Taking inbound calls from customers looking to review their energy
* Dealing with all complaints and queries that may arise
* Updating account information
* Searching for the best tariffs
* Promoting the business in a professional manner
In return, you will earn a basic salary of £18k, with commissions leading to a more substantial wage in your first year - if you have the drive to go for it! The office you will be working in (Post COVID-19) has breakout leisure facilities that emphasise a mix of work and play.
