If you've always wanted to work in a call centre, but never quite had the right experience, then this customer service representative job may be just what you're looking for.

No previous call centre experience is needed so it's a great move for those who perhaps want to build on any experience gained in retail or administration jobs, or even those who want a completely different career.

Taking inbound calls, so no cold-calling, you'll be working in the conveniently located Birkenhead office, close to town centre amenities and transport links.

The work will be varied; taking calls and responding to customers over email as well. We're looking for people who can take a proactive role in responding to queries and problem-solving.

This is a full-time customer service job, 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 between 8am - 10pm. All the necessary training is provided and on full pay.

The hourly rate for the role is £7.38 to £7.83 per hour which is paid weekly in arrears.
