Life as a Customer Service Advisor
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working on behalf of a leading energy provider as the go-to person for customers who have queries relating to their energy accounts.
Every call will be different and you'll take high volumes of calls every day. This means that the time flies, but it's up to you to ensure that each customer is given a 5* service and that their queries are rectified and resolved.
You'll work 40 hours per week, over 5 days out of 7. You'll need to be available 8am - 8pm, Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays and Sundays 9am-4pm.
What you'll need as a Customer Service Advisor
Whether or not you have customer service experience, we'd like to hear from people who can deliver a friendly and professional service. You'll be a 'people person' who's happy to help. Your personality is far more important than your previous experience.
