The CS role only covers Monday to Friday, so no weekend work is required :) As a Customer Service Advisor for our inclusive and collaborative client, you will be expected to arrive highly motivated every day, looking to make a difference in people's lives by delivering outstanding customer service.

This Customer Service role will involve taking inbound calls, making outbound calls where required, and communicating on email and in webchat. It will be an advantage if you have a customer service background and experience in retail or at a call centre. As most communication is done via phone, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skill

and a confident phone manner. Earning up to £21,500 you'll be based in Manchester or live within a commutable distance.

Your Customer Service Advisor expertise:

  • You'll be confident using in-house computer systems, email and Excel.
  • You'll be a fantastic, natural listener and communicator, the kind of person who can empathise with a customer, understand what they want and work out what to do next.
