Job Salary: £20,000 rising to £21,500 after probation

Job Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Whilst a lot of businesses are unfortunately experiencing a slow down due to the current situation with regards Covid 19 we are still busy and looking appoint new staff to join our customer service function in Manchester. Recruitment processes have been adapted and will now take place on phone/video call with start dates planned in May for homeworkers until such as time as we are able to work from our office in the Manchester City Centre.

We are currently looking for talented individuals to work within a fast paced environment right in the heart of Manchester, and we need experienced customer service advisers to join the new team!

In the role you be responsible for dealing with existing customers through inbound calls and emails, providing a world class customer service on every interaction

For the role, we require:

  • Customer service experience in a call centre environment
  • The ability to deal with inbound calls
  • Someone highly motivated and able to work under pressure
