Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Job Location: Cheadle

Job Salary: £18,000 per annum, OTE £25,000

The role:

As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor we are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As this role is predominantly phone based customer service, you will need to be an excellent communicator. This role is complex and varied, providing a great opportunity for someone looking to enhance their customer service skills further. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing customers loan applications and ensuring they are affordable
  • Giving the appropriate loan to the customer after fully understanding their situation and allowing the customer to chose the option they want as per FCA regulations
  • Delivering fantastic customer service as well as selling the product

For the position of Customer Service Advisor we are looking for the following experience:

  • Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service within an office environment
  • Ideally phone based customer service experience
  • Ability to problem solve and take ownership of each customer query
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for customer service
