Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Job Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester
Job Salary: £17,0000 - £19,000 + Bonus
Job Hours: Mon-Fri - No weekends
The package for a Customer Service Advisor is:
- £17,000 to 19,000 per annum at trainee level depending on experience
- Company Bonus Scheme
- 3% contributory pension

This customer service advisor role requires excellent customer handling and organisation skills as you will be required to manage a case load of customer service queries proactively in line with client specific service level agreements.
- Communicating with customers and clients via the telephone, email and in writing
- Managing third party companies
- Building great rapport with customers
- Working to service level agreements
